Integration Management - A process which all elements of projects must be coordinated, including project plan development, project plan execution and overall change control.

Scope Management - A process which ensure all the requirements of a project full fill in order to complete the project.

Time Management - A process which ensure all time is well managed in order to complete the project.

Cost Management - A process which to ensure all approved budget are sufficient to complete the project.

Quality Management - A process which to ensure the project is satisfied the quality control.

Human Resource Management - A process which to ensure all people involved in the project are effectively used.

Communications Management - A process which to ensure all needs of the project information are taken care of including information distribution and communications planning.

Risk Management - A process which concerned identifying and responding to project risk.

Procurement Management - A process which require to gain goods and outside services organisation.

Butterworth-Kulim Expressway

Length 17 Kilometers which connects Butterworth, Pulau Pinang to Kulim Kedah.
The construction was started in 1994 and completed in September 1996. It took 2 years.
It was 1 of the PLUS Expressway Berhad Project.

  • Geographically, the terrain between KM 5.00 (start point) and KM 11.00 is rather flat, passing through paddy field areas. From KM 11.00 to KM 19.00, the terrain is slightly undulating, where cut and fill slopes are common features. The terrain is again flat from KM 19.00 to KM 21.78 (end point), mainly passing through the estates and developing residential areas.
  • Geometrically, there are four (4) grades separated interchanges and one (1) at grade interchange along BKE. Moreover, there are nine (9) reinforced concrete bridges (three (3) of those are river bridges, ie. Sungai Mengkuang, Sungai Kulim and Sungai Karangan, whereas the rest are bridges over local roads or railway track).

New Klang VAlley Express Way

The New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE) is an expressway running between Kuala Lumpur (Jalan Duta) and the New Klang industrial and urban area (Bukit Raja) which 35-kilometer long. Heavily-utilised route for residents in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang, Damansara, Sungai Buloh and Klang.

Also known as North Klang Valley Expressway. The project began in 1988 and completed in 1990. The Expressway was made because
of the Federal Highway become a busy highway and congested. It was opened to traffic Desember 1990 between Bukit Raja and Damansara. Fully operational on January 1993.

Took 2 years to complete the expressway. In 2003, there was a rock fall at Bukit Lanjan interchange, causing congestion to occur in areas surrounding the Klang Valley. it was closed more than 6 months.

Duta - Ulu Klang Express

Duta - Ulu Klang express or DUKE is an express highway network in Klang Valley with 18 kilometers connects New Klang VAlley Expressway ( Jalan Duta ) interchange to Taman Hillview interchange on Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road 2 ( MRR2 ) in Ulu Klang.

The Objective of this highway is to fill missing link between New Klang Valley Expressway, Kuala Lumpur Karak Expressway and Kuala Lumpur Middle Ring Road ( MRR2 ).

this highways was started in 2006 and was opened in 30 April 2009.

This project was carried out by KESTURI and this expressway was taken alignment spanning 3 years
including Environmental Impact Assessment ( EIA ) and Public Opinion Survey. Officially launched by
Yang Berhormat Dato Mohd Zin Mohamed on 9 January 2009.


this expressway takes 3 years to finish. Lots of critics give toward this project.
1 of them was flyovers, built along TNB's transmission line.
